
Ingredients
1/2 lb lean red meat
2 tbsp Ethiopian butter
1 tbsp of ground cardamom
1 tsp of salt
1 tbsp of mitmita (Ethiopian spice ሚጥሚጣ)
Directions
1. Cut the meat into smaller pieces, Remove excess fat.

2. Put the meat in a meat processor

3. Put the meat into a medium sized bowl

3. Add 1 tbsp ground cardamom

4. Add 1 tbsp of salt
5. Add 1 tbsp of mitmita

6. Add 1 tbsp of Ethiopian butter… You will use the another tbsp when you are cooking the meat.

7. Put on clean gloves and mix the meat with your hands
8. Set up a pan on low heat and add Ethiopian butter to the pan

9. Add meat to pan. Stir meat on low heat until it is cooked to your desired preference. Some people prefer partially cooked, some people eat it raw, and some prefer fully cooked.
